We went to the grown-up Wagoner's (Kurt's parents) house for Thanksgiving.

It was my first one back home with my family! I was so content and happy the whole day. Besides providing amazing food, the Wagoner's are HUGE board-game fans.

We had a blast playing this goofy game.

My mother-in-law rapping her favorite attributes.

He's not too sure what he thinks... lol

Kurt's sister couldn't stop laughing.
My friend had to keep her hand on the floor at all times.
Kurt had to wear a hat with a chin strap.

I'm so grateful for my family and sweet friends. To have REAL relationships.

New Blessings

We're all moved in!!
I took some photos that look like I've unpacked and decorated everything. This is not the case. However, I did hang some pictures on the walls and put sheets on the bed. And I set up spaces for each of us to hang out and get a little comfortable. The rest is still boxes.

Feeling so blessed... Here are some pictures - in no particular order...

Unlocking the door for the first time.

Pictures on the fridge make everything feel official.

This is my little corner of the world. It's got a view of a beautiful tree.

Isaac snagged his own bedroom space in the lower level! The boys needed a break from sharing a room.

I've hung pictures!

Kurt's long awaited and much deserved office.

   The kids' rec room.

Alex got his own room. He's so excited.

And my favorite part is the window above the sink. In ours second apartment, I actually painted a picture of a window and hung curtains, just to imagine... :)

The kids did well last night. They love to get all dressed up and visit Grammy's neighbors to show off their costumed cuteness. Of course, Kurt and I will be eating candy for the next nine months...

We also had a fantastic fall party with some very dear friends. I'm not a party planner - I have very little gifting in hospitality - but fortunately, I have surrounded myself with brilliance.

I've been pretty wrung out with everything going on, but I love my friends and I love my family, so I got myself out the door. It was a good weekend... And those that have known me for any length of time know what a miracle that is.

Celebrating with my family and friends.... It's All Worship.
